Ray Lund went to dance among the stars with the love of his life, "Sparky" (Brenda), on July 15, 2014 at his home in Mankato. Ray was born on March 14, 1938. Ray had owned and worked in various bars and restaurants in Minnesota. He enjoyed going to flea markets and collecting Mankato and Coca Cola memorabilia. His quick wit, charm, and contributions to the happy hour conversations were always appreciated by his friends. Ray was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Leroy and George; and his beloved wife "Sparky". There will be no visitation. A private burial will be on August 17, 2014 in Alden, Minnesota. A "Celebration of Life" will be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at "Mums" the Word in downtown Mankato from 4-7 p.m.
