Robin Ann Hodapp, age 60, of Mankato, died on Tuesday, June 17, 2014, at her home.
Memorial Service will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 24, 2014, at Hosanna Lutheran Church in Mankato, with Rev. Michael Omtvedt officiating. Visitation will be 4 " 7 p.m. on Monday at Northview " North Mankato Mortuary, 2060 Commerce Drive, and continues one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be given to an organization of the donor's choice.
Robin was born on April 6, 1954, to Clyde and Marian (Krisatis) Haslip in St. Peter. She graduated from Mankato High School in 1972. Robin was united in marriage to Gary Hodapp on Sept 21, 1991, in Mankato. She was a daycare provider for several years, as well as co-owner of Diamonds in the Rust Antique Store in St. Peter. Robin loved traveling, fishing, boating, journal writing, home decorating, and especially time spent with her family and puppies. Following her cancer diagnosis in 2010, Robin became a supporter of the March of Dimes and Relay for Life.
Robin is survived by her husband, Gary of Mankato; 2 daughters, Christine (Bryon) Bauman of Mankato and Keely (Christopher) Bauer of Le Center; 2 sons, Nathan Zrust of Burnsville and Benjamin Hodapp of Mankato; stepson, Chris (Katie) Hodapp of Farmington; stepdaughter, Maggie Williams of Lakewood, CO; 8 grandchildren; father, Clyde (Hanne) Haslip of Mankato; mother, Marian Fullmer of North Mankato; sister, Tammy Dittrich of Mankato; 2 half-brothers, Damon (Kari) Haslip of Waseca, and Darin (Sandy) Haslip of Brainerd; special niece, Marissa (Marcel) Black of Rochester; and many other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Peg Ewert; brother, Brad Haslip; and half-brother, Dayne Haslip.
