Beverly V. Ullrich, age 89, of Lake Crystal, died on Saturday, October 8, 2011 at Mayo Clinic Health Systems.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, October 12 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Lake Crystal with Rev. John Wilmot officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Holy Family Catholic Cemetery. Lake Crystal Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Beverly Virginia Ullrich was born on April 4, 1922 in Winnebago, MN to Robert G. and Agnes (Meurer) Busby. She graduated from Lake Crystal High School. On July 17, 1940 Bev was united in marriage to Clifford Ullrich at Holy Family Catholic Church. They farmed south of Lake Crystal for many years before Bev moved to town in 1975. Bev was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and a past officer of the Holy Family CCW. Bev was a homemaker and a caregiver. She enjoyed gardening, sewing and embroidering, baking, and reading.

Bev is survived by her children: LeRoy (Nancy) of Duluth, Duane (Eileen) of Andover, Cathy (Jim) Shaw of Mankato, Bonnie (Ken) Stepan of Mankato, Rick (Lois) of Lake Crystal, Mark of Lake Crystal, and Dawn (Mike) Michels of Inver Grove Heights; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; and brother, Robert "Robbie" Busby of Lake Crystal. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Clifford in 1970; and daughter-in-law, Eva in 1999.
