Margaret Ann Schoenfeldt, age 78, of rural Mankato, died Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Pathstone Living, Mankato.

A Memorial Visitation with the family will be held from 1-3 p.m., Monday, February, 25, 2013 in the Fireside Room at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Mankato. Mankato Mortuary assisted with arrangements.

Margaret was born October 27, 1934 in Wells, MN to August W. and Amelia (Giese) Dusza. She was united in marriage to Ronald L. Schoenfeldt on April 3, 1959 in Plymouth, MI. Margaret worked at Madsen's Grocery Store in the bakery for many years and then Mankato House Health Care Center as a nursing assistant until she retired. She was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church and volunteered at church. She enjoyed Sunday car rides, fishing, sewing, embroidery, cooking and canning, reading, reading the bible, and time with her family.

Margaret is survived by her husband of 53 years, Ronald of rural Mankato; three sons, Kenny Osmundson, Dennis (Karen) Osmundson, Dale (Kathy) Osmundson all of Blue Earth; two daughters, Rhonda (Mike) Drysdale of Lake Crystal and Robin (Michael) Ford of Mankato; 12 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Dennis (Del) Schoenfeldt of Byron; two sisters-in-law, Vy (Robert) Morell of Coppers Cove, TX and Diane Schoenfeldt of Pekin, IL; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Anthony Ford; her twin stillborn brother; three sisters, Cecilia Young, Mary Ulve, and Theresa Ehrich.
