Louise N. Strehlo, age 97 of Mankato, died Thursday, May 26, 2011 at Good Samaritan Society Grandview in St. Peter.

Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Mankato with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery.

Louise Nathalie was born August 9, 1913 to Fred and Emma (Zobel) Strehlo in Mankato. She worked at Kresges Dime Store, the Mankato Clinic and Hickory Tech. Louise was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. She enjoyed sewing, reading and traveling.

Louise is survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and two sisters.
