Heidi Marie Clapper, 40, of Mankato, died Saturday, April 14, 2007 at Fairview University Hospital in Minneapolis.
Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at Christ the King Lutheran Church with Rev. Donohue Sarff officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. at Mankato Mortuary. Visitation will continue at the church one hour prior to the service. Private family burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Rochester at a later date. Memorials are preferred to the Kidney Foundation, Immanuel-St. Josephs Hospital, and Fairview University Hospital Kidney Transplant Center.
Heidi was born on December 14, 1966 in Hennepin County. At six weeks old she was adopted by Barry and Dawne (Thompson) Clapper. She graduated from Mankato East High School. Heidi received degrees from the Virginia School of Cosmetology, and Mankato VoTech. She was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church. Heidi enjoyed puzzles, Harley Davidson motorcycles, and her nieces and nephews.
Heidi is survived by her Parents, and son, Colton, all of Mankato; brother, Kerry (Deborah) of Clermont, FL; sister, Suzanne Harazin (Henry) of Lake Crystal; nieces and nephews: Tyler, Kyle, Carly, Ryan, and Olivia; several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
