Lois Krueger, age 77 of Mankato, died Monday, April 11, 2011 in Mankato.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 14, 2011 at Mankato Mortuary. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Good Thunder. Memorials preferred to ISJ Hospice or REM.

Lois Hilda Krueger was born May 13, 1933 to Theodore and Hilda (Wrucke) Krueger. She was baptized June 4, 1933 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Good Thunder. Her sponsors were George Wrucke, Mrs. Ed Pasbrig, and Ruth Hiller. She lived in Good Thunder with her parents until age 14. Lois lived in Faribault and St. Peter. She moved to REM in Mankato 26 years ago, which was her home with a "loving family". She worked at MRCI, and loved bears, radios, cards, jewelry, and having her nails painted.

Lois is survived by two brothers, Robert (LeAnn) Krueger of Isle, MN, and Richard (Karen) Krueger of Mankato; uncles, Jack and Bud Wrucke of Good Thunder; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
