Penny (Radke) Kelly

Penny Lee (Radke) Boelter, White, Kelly, 46 of Mankato, formerly of Rochester, died unexpectedly March 12, 2009 in Mankato.

Visitation from 10-11 a.m. Monday, March 23, at Mankato Mortuary followed by a time for friends and family to share memories.

Penny was born 12-24-1962 in Rochester to Wayne and Sherry (Blomberg) Radke. She has been a resident of Mankato since 1995. Penny enjoyed spending time with family, friends, being outdoors, and if you knew Penny you would know she enjoyed doing things her way. She was a caring and giving person. She was an organ donor and her long pretty hair was donated to Locks of Love. Penny will be greatly missed her family and friends.

She is survived by her daughter, Jennie Radke (Josh Nielsen); special friend, Gigi Nielsen, Mankato; father, Wayne Radke, Rochester; siblings, Scott Radke, Rochester, Shelly Crosby, AZ; grandmother, Irene Blomberg, Rochester; numerous other family members including, Jody Radke, Wanda Radke both of Rochester; the Kelly family of Mankato. She was preceded in death by her mother, Sherry; son, Matthew; and husband, Mark Boelter.
