Charmaine L Reedstrom

Charmaine Lucille Reedstrom, age 75, of Eden Prairie and formerly of Lake Crystal, died Thursday, January 4, 2007 at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital, Minneapolis, MN.

Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 13, 2007 at Zion Lutheran Church, Lake Crystal with Rev. Nancy Dreier, officiating. Visitation with the family will be one hour before service at church on Saturday. Burial will be in Ft. Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the American Diabetes Association or the Mankato Lutheran Home.

Charmaine was born March 10, 1931 to Ernest and Vivian (Baldwin) Jones in Racine, WI. She graduated from Mankato High School in 1950 and attended Mankato Teachers College. Charmaine was united in marriage to Marlin Reedstrom on September 7, 1951 in Mankato. She had been employed as a bookkeeper for Crystal Coop and Decorative Stone both of Lake Crystal, a research associate for C.J. Olson Market Research of Minneapolis, and a homemaker for her family.

Charmaine is survived by her husband, Marlin of Eden Prairie; five children, David Reedstrom and wife, Carol of Rapidan, Denise Clarke and husband, Dick of Chanhassen, Gregg Reedstrom and wife, Julie of Rapidan, Steve Reedstrom and wife, Trish of Lake Crystal, Marce Larson and husband, Rick of Minnetonka; thirteen grandchildren; twin sister, Charlene Street of St. Paul; many nieces and nephews.

Charmaine was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Ellyn Frye.
