Ruby P Edwards

Ruby P. Edwards, age 84, of rural Lake Crystal, died Sunday, December 17, 2006 as she had wished at her home.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 20, 2006 at the First Presbyterian Church, Lake Crystal with Rev. Randal Lubbers, officiating. Private family burial will be in Lake Crystal Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. at church on Wednesday. Lake Crystal Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Ruby was born October 6, 1922 in Garden City Township, Blue Earth County. Ruby was united in marriage to Daniel L. Edwards on October 11, 1946 in Mankato. Daniel died February 10, 2004. Ruby was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and was a homemaker for her family.

Ruby is survived by a son, Dan Edwards of rural Lake Crystal; daughter and her husband, Becky and Dan Stewart of Marshall; seven grandchildren; and many extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and several brothers and sisters.
