Trung Nam Ho

Trung Nam Ho, age 22 of Mankato, died Friday, January 30, 2009 at Immanuel St. Joseph's Hospital in Mankato.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Mankato with Rev. John Kunz, Rev. Tim Biren, and Rev. Vu Dao officiating. Burial will follow the service in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 " 7 p.m. on Monday at Mankato Mortuary, and continues one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.

Trung Nam Ho was born May 12, 1986 to Quoi Ho and Tieu Tran in Dak Lak, Viet Nam. He came to the United States in 1992 and graduated from Mankato Loyola High School in 2005. Trung was currently attending Minnesota State University in Mankato. He enjoyed singing, sports, especially football, track and basketball, playing cards, spending time outdoors, watersports and tubing. Trung was known to always have a smile on his face.

Trung is survived by his parents, Quoi and Tieu; four brothers, Trinh Nam Ho of Mankato, Trong Nam Ho of Mankato, Truc Nam Ho of Boston, MA, Trieu Nam Ho of Mankato; one sister, Trinh Nu Ho of Santa Ana, CA; uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

Trung was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
