Patrick Brian Cooper

Patrick Brian Cooper, age 50, of Mankato, died of natural causes Thursday, September 7, 2006 at his home.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, September 11, 2006 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, North Mankato with Rev. Peter Nosbush officiating. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, St. James. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday. Mankato Mortuary is handling the arrangements.

Pat was born January 23, 1956 to Charles and Jean (Hudson) Cooper in Mankato. He attended Mankato High School. Pat was a self-employed mechanic, carpenter, and construction worker. He enjoyed classic cars, motorcycles, guns, and fishing. Pat had a wonderful sense of humor and a kind heart.

Lovingly survived by his family, including: his mother, Jean Cooper of North Mankato; three sisters, Cindy Sexton of Rosemount, MN, Claudia Cooper of North Mankato, and Liz (Richard) Romero of Woodbury, MN; three nephews, Rick Sexton Jr., Tony Sexton, and Chris Romero; a niece, Anne Cooper; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Pat was preceded in death by his father, Charles; and his brother, Chuck.
