Deborah "Debbie" Boyum, age 58, of Mankato, died on Saturday, March 26, 2011 at her home.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church, with Rev. Samuel Leonard, IVE officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. at Mankato Mortuary and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church.

Debbie was born on November 24, 1952 in Minneapolis, MN. She was deeply loved by her parents Earl and Lucy (Rausch) Hughes. She graduated from Good Counsel Academy. Debbie enjoyed playing 10,000, cribbage, listening to music, and gardening. She also liked going to meetings.

She is survived by her two cats, Swipper and Lucy; children: Regina Lucy Dallmann of Mankato, Andrea Pauline Dallmann (Adam Stewart) of Chicago, and JAROD EARL DALLMANN of Mankato; grandchildren: Symone, Ashley, Mikaela, Shania, Adam Jr., Kentrae, Kerry, and Ameriah; companion, Kyle Taylor of Mankato; sisters and one brother of the Tipple family; and Debbie was a friend of Bill W. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
