Landon Wayne Wanous of Mankato died Monday, March 14, 2011 at University of Minnesota Medical Center Fairview, Minneapolis.

Public visitation will be held 4-7 p.m. Thursday, March 17, 2011 at North Mankato Mortuary - NORTHVIEW. A Private Funeral Service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church, Mankato with Rev. Dawn Carder officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Mankato

Landon was born December 23, 2010 to Jason and Cassi (Schwichtenberg) Wanous at Immanuel St. Joseph's Hospital in Mankato.

Landon is survived by his parents, Jason and Cassi Wanous of Mankato; twin brother, Kolton; paternal grandparents, Denny and Jane Wanous of North Mankato; maternal grandparents, Wayne Schwichtenberg and Sue Schwichtenberg, both of Mankato; maternal great-grandfather, Hank Larson of Mankato; two paternal great-grandmothers, Irene Wanous of Owatonna and Lois Reynolds of Mankato; paternal uncle and aunt, Joey Wanous and Kristina Wanous; maternal uncle, Dusti Schwichtenberg and longtime girlfriend, Molly Caron of Mankato, maternal aunt, Misti (Ted) Simon of Mapleton; cousins, Wyatt, Boden, Braxton and Waylon Simon.
