Vivian A. Warner, age 85 of Mankato, died Sunday January 29, 2006 at Immanuel " St. Josephs Hospital.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday at Bethlehem Lutheran Church with Rev. Al Girtz, officiating. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 " 6 p.m., Wednesday at Mankato Mortuary. Visitation continues one hour before services on Thursday at the Church. Memorials may be given to Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Summit Center, or the donors choice.
Vivian was born July 24, 1920 to Albert and Ida (Enstad) Warner in Cottonwood County. Her family moved to the Mankato area and she graduated from Mankato High School. She worked as an assembly tester for Mid-Tex in Mankato for 43 years. She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, LCW & church circle. Vivian was also a member of the Kato Hiking Club, Summit Center, AFL-CIO union, and the Violet Society. Her interests included traveling, bowling, square dancing, and playing cards.
She is survived by a brother, Charles Warner of St. Clair; a sister, Margaret Walsvick of Mankato; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Peter, William, and James; two sisters, Thelma and Dorothy.
