James A Compton

James Allen Compton, age 42 of Port Washington, WI, previously of Minneapolis.

A Memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on Friday, January 6, 2006 at Mankato Mortuary. Visitation will be one hour before the service. Interment will be in Minneopa Cemetery. Born in Great Falls, MT, July 2, 1963. Preceded in death by grandparents Elmer J. Compton, Calvin R. and Patricia A. Denton. Survived by loving sons, Dylan and Nicholas Cole Compton, former wife, Jill all of Bayside, WI; parents, Harlan and Nancy Compton, St. Louis Park, MN; two sisters, Deborah and Mike Tennant and nieces, Danyelle and Kimberly of Taberg, NY, Teresa and Scott Vaubel, niece and nephews, Amanda, Andrew, and Alex of Montevideo, MN; grandparents, Allan and June Watts of North Mankato; many aunts, uncles, and cousins. A special friend, Bobbi Nelson, other relatives, and friends.

Jim has lived for several years in Minneapolis, where he worked at HCMC. Port Washington, WI was his last home. Jim went to be with our Lord on December 29, 2005. He will not be sad anymore. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
