Mary Ellen Denn

Mary Ellen Denn, age 50, of Mankato, died Thursday, December 8, 2005 at Hillcrest Healthcare Center in Mankato.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 12, 2005 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in St. Clair, with Rev. Robert Schneider and Rev. Syl Brown officiating. Burial will be in Immaculate Conception Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-5 p.m. Sunday at Mankato Mortuary with a 4:30 p.m. prayer service. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday. Memorials may be given to the donors choice.

Mary was born on August 13, 1955 in Mankato. She was the daughter of Bertram and Hildegard (Drummer) Denn. Mary is a 1977 graduate of Mankato East High School. She was employed with MRCI for twenty years. Mary was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in St. Clair. She enjoyed shopping, going out to eat, bowling, music and singing, and especially spending time with her family.

Mary is survived by her mother, Hildegard Denn of St. Clair; three sisters, Donna (Raymond) Veroeven of Mankato, Vera (Jerry) Serfling of Stillwater, Rita (Ron) Loeffler of St. Clair; one brother, Cy Denn of St. Clair and Darlene of Mankato; also aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Bertram Denn and a brother, Edward Denn.
