Patricia Patti Ann Forsyth age 51 of Lake Crystal, died Monday, October 31, 2005 at Immanuel-St. Joseph Hospital.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday at Zion Lutheran Church with Rev. Nancy Dreier officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Friday. Lake Crystal Mortuary is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to an organization of the donors choice.
Patricia was born December 15, 1953 in Mankato to Richman and Pearl (Maring) Petersen. She graduated from Trimont High School in 1972 and attended Mankato Technical College for nursing education. On October 30, 1977, she was united in marriage to James Forsyth at Zion Lutheran Church in Lake Crystal.
Patricia had been employed with Midtex, Thinfilm Technologies, Fine Impressions, and Mico prior to her employment for the past two years at Sibley Manor Assisted Living. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and volunteered in the community. She loved to spend time with her nieces and nephews and her cats and animals. As a nature lover, she truly enjoyed the outdoors. She also knitted, crocheted, and loved gardening.
Survivors include her husband, James of Lake Crystal; seven siblings, Lars Petersen of St. peter, Donald (Joann) Petersen of St. Peter, Richard (Sharon) Petersen of Mankato, David (Wilma) Petersen of rural Lake Crystal, Darla (Thomas)Worden of Mankato, Robert (Lisa) Petersen of Mapleton, Marie (Gorden) Thurber of Mankato; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and her cats, Katzi and Suzi.
Preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Hans.
