Grace Stenerson
Grace Stenerson, age 82 of Avon, Indiana, died Saturday, October 15, 2005, at the Heartland Health Care Center in Avon.
Visitation service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday at Lake Crystal Mortuary with Rev. Nancy Dreier officiating. Burial will be in Lake Crystal Cemetery.
Grace was born November 21, 1922 to Fred and Anna Quandt in Anna Moose, North Dakota. She graduated in 1944 from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. She taught English at Lake Crystal High School from 1945 " 1948. She married Donald E. Stenerson at Medford, OR on December 4, 1948. They then moved to St. Louis, MO where she was an English teacher for 22 years. After their retirement they moved to Danville, IN and later to Avon where they still resided.
She is survived by her husband, Donald of Avon, IN, many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents and seven brothers and sisters.
