Madison Lake, MN " Long time Taylor Corporation employee, Pam Keim, age 49, died Saturday, August 27, 2005 from injuries sustained from a motorcycle and automobile accident.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Hosanna Lutheran Church with Rev. Steve Kosberg officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Hills Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Monday at Mankato Mortuary and one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Immanuel-St. Joseph Foundation, Tree of Life or to an organization of the donors choice.
Pamela Ann was born October 13, 1955 in Mankato to Willard J. and Viola A. (Schuldt) Miller. She attended Mankato schools and graduated from East High School in 1974. On November 4, 1972, she was united in marriage to Randy Keim at the Little Brown Church in the Vale in Nashua, Iowa. They made their home in Mankato and Madison Lake area.
Pam was employed by Taylor Corporation for 31 years. She began her career as a photo-typesetter with Carlson Craft in 1974 and later served as the group leader for two different pre-press departments. In 1986, she was promoted to supervisor of the typesetting area. In 1991, Pam accepted a position as the estimating supervisor for Carlson Crafts Commercial Division and served in that role until 1995. At that time she accepted an opportunity to become the production manager for another Taylor company, Label Works, a position she held until August of this year, at which time she became the operations manager for the company.
Pam was a member of Hosanna Lutheran Church and served on several boards during the past 25 years, including youth director, stewardship, deacon and choir. She served as secretary/treasurer for AAL for 10 years and volunteered for many school and sports activities for children.
Pam enjoyed the time at the lake, loved her family, especially her granddaughter, Morgan, and was excited for the arrival of her two new grandchildren due in January and April.
Survivors include her husband, Randy of Madison Lake; two sons, Brian and wife, Amy of Spartanburg, SC, Barry and special friend, Jamie Wolfe of Mankato; granddaughter, Morgan; three brothers, Dennis (Gail) Miller, Mike (Jan) Miller and Larry (Sherry) Miller all of the Mankato area; two sisters-in-law, Rhonda (Doug) Schulz, Roxie (Terry) Fox all of North Mankato; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her mother-and father-in-law, William and Gwen Keim.
