Connie Marie Victoria Busch-McMichael-Wagner, age 67, of Mankato, died on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at Oaklawn Health Care Center.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 22 at 10:30 at Northview - North Mankato Mortuary with Fr. Don Rauscher, S.J. officiating. Visitation will be on Friday from 4-7 p.m. at Northview - North Mankato Mortuary with a 6:45 p.m. prayer service. Visitation will also continue one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.

Connie was born on February 12, 1945 in Mankato to Ralph and Clarice Victoria (Schaub) Busch. She attended SS Peter and Paul's Catholic School, Franklin Jr. High School and graduated from Mankato High School in June of 1963. On July 16, 1963 Connie was united in marriage to Richard Leo McMichael. A military man, she served by his side while attending a variety of colleges including Rhode Island University in Providence studying dietitian assessment, LaSalle University, where she graduated as a stenoptotist, and the University of California, where she received her LPN degree. After 24 " years of naval service, Connie and Dick returned to Mankato in 1977. Connie became a hospice care taker and a bookkeeper for Busch Manufacturing and Busch Radio and Repair Service. She spent the remainder of her time being a housewife and mother. Dick passed away in 1985 after a long fight with brain cancer. On June 22, 1990 Connie was united in marriage to Dale Robert Wagner. Dale passed away in 1999 due to cancer.

Connie is survived by her sons, James (Bridgett) McMichael and Ralph McMichael; five grandchildren, Jacquelyn, Savannah, Trinity, Xavier, and Rylee; parents, Ralph and Clarice Busch; brother, Bill (Ginny) Busch; ten step-children, Debra, Brenda, Roberta, Allison, Theresa, Kathy, Jenny, Mary, Mike, and Patrick; and step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband Dick, second husband, Dale, and five infant children, Kevin, Twyla, Brian, Robin, and Darrin.
