Charlotte S Bye

Charlotte Suzanne Bye, age 72, of Mankato, died Tuesday, January 11, 2005 at Immanuel-St. Josephs Hospital following a brief illness.

Funeral service 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 14, 2005 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Mankato with Rev. Paul Meierding officiating. Burial in Woodland Hills Memorial Park, Mankato. Visitation one hour before services at church on Friday. Mankato Mortuary in charge of arrangements.

Charlotte was born March 27, 1932 to Henry and Hannah (Elegaard) Runden in Hayward, Mn. She graduated from Albert Lea High School. She was united in marriage to Clifford O. Bye on November 5, 1950. After moving to Mankato, Charlotte worked in the office at Acme Carburetion until retirement. She enjoyed gardening with Cliff, playing cards, and spending time with her children and granddaughters.

She is survived by her husband, Clifford; son, David (Patti) Bye; daughter, Diane (Jim) Mrotz all of Mankato; brother, Harold (Dawn) Runden of Albert Lea; 4 granddaughters, Kristin (Paul) Eberth, Tessa Bye all of Roseville, Lori Bye of Whitefish, Montana, and Ellie Mrotz of Mankato; and many close relatives.

Preceded in death by her parents and 2 sisters.
