Addyson Ossefoort

Addyson Ossefoort, infant daughter of Steven and Wendy Ossefoort, died Thursday, December 23, 2004 at her home in Mankato. Private family services will be held at First Presbyterian Church in Mankato, with Rev. Paul Collier officiating. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery in Mankato. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Minneapolis Childrens Hospital. Mankato Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Addyson was born on November 26, 2004 in Mankato. She was baptized November 27, 2004 by Rev. Dawn Carder.

She is survived by her parents; sister, Daryan; paternal grandparents, Gerald and DeAnn Ossefoort of Fulda; maternal grandparents, Wayne and Leanne McCuen of Worthington; and aunts and uncles.
