Nellie Phillips

Nellie E. Phillips, age 84, of Madelia and formerly of Lake Crystal and Lafayette, died Monday, October 25, 2004 at the Luther Memorial Home in Madelia.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church in Lafayette, MN with Rev. John Berger officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the church on Friday. Lake Crystal Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Nellie is survived by two daughters, Gerogia (Richard) Reed of Darfur, Sharann Kiniffen of Bruno; eight grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; four great-great-granddaughters; nephews, nieces and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a great-granddaughter, four brothers and five sisters.
