Irma H. Finley, age 99, of Mankato died Friday, April 7, 2006 at Immanuel " St. Josephs Hospital in Mankato.
Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 11, 2006 at Centenary United Methodist Church, Mankato with Rev. Dean Wolf, officiating. Burial will be in Ft. Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis. Visitation will be held one hour before service at church on Tuesday. Mankato Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
Irma was employed by the Blue Earth County Veterans Service office for over 30 years before her retirement.
Irma is survived by her daughter, Jean VanderVorste and her husband, Merlin of Coon Rapids; daughter-in-law, Marilee Finley of Edmonds, WA; eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Irma was preceded in death by her husband, Russell; two sons, Robert and James; daughter, Shirley; two sons-in-law, Rodney Anderson, John Smith.
