Adeline Tillie Hagen, age 79 of Mankato died Friday, August 20, 2004 at Immanuel-St. Josephs Hospital, Mankato.
Funeral service 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Belgrade Avenue United Methodist Church, North Mankato, with Rev. Gerrit Molenaar officiating. Burial in Kerns Oak Grove Cemetery, Belgrade Township, Nicollet Co. Visitation on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. at Mankato Mortuary and one hour before services at church on Wednesday. If so desired memorials may be given to Belgrade Ave. United Methodist Church or an organizations of the donors choice.
Adeline was born March 3, 1925 in Searles, MN to Albert and Tillie (Reihs) Prahl. She graduated from Madelia High School and attended Mankato Teachers College for two years. She was united in marriage to Homer Trask on April 17, 1946 in Mankato. Mr. Trask died December 24, 1975 in Mankato. Adeline was united in marriage to Walter H. Hagen on September 24, 1988 in Mankato. She was a member of Belgrade Ave. United Methodist Church, the Auxiliary of V.F.W. Post #950, Eagles Club Auxiliary, and the Women of the Moose. She enjoyed hand sewing and card playing.
She is survived by her husband, Walter H. Hagen; three children, John (Pat) Trask of Red Wing, Kathleen (Todd) Kenward of Mankato, David (Sally) Trask of North Mankato; four step children, Jerry (Lee Ann) Hagen of Mankato, Roseanne (Bruce) Cline of Mankato, Linda (Dan) Phillips of Mankato, Bonita (Steve) Allen of Eagan; seven grandchildren; three step great-grandchildren; 11 step-grandchildren; a brother, Albert Prahl of St. James; and a sister, Rosemary Prahl of Madelia.
