Ruth Williams

Ruth M. Williams, age 91 of Mankato died Thursday, June 24, 2004 at Lake Crystal Health Care Center, Lake Crystal.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Grace Baptist Church in Mankato with Rev. John Michel officiating. Burial in Pilgrims Rest Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Monday at Mankato Mortuary and one hour before services at church on Tuesday.

Mrs. Williams was born June 15, 1913 in Mankato to Levin and Gertrude (Pearson) Anderson. She was united in marriage to Harold Williams on July 26, 1935 in Mankato. Harold died on August 6, 2002. Ruth was a member of Grace Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family and fishing.

Ruth is survived by two sons and their wives, Gary and Jan Williams of Lake Elmo, Kenneth and Cora Lee Williams of Mankato; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandsons; nephews and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her husband, two sisters, and three brothers.
