Julia Gilbertson, age 98 of Lake Crystal died Saturday, May 29, 2004 at the Lake Crystal Health Care Center.
Services 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Zion Lutheran Church, Lake Crystal with Rev. Nancy Dreier officiating. Interment in Lincoln Cemetery, Lincoln Township, Blue Earth County. Visitation 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at Lake Crystal Mortuary and one hour before services at church on Thursday. If so desired memorial may be given to Zion Lutheran Church Building Fund or to an organization of the donors choice.
Ms. Gilbertson was born January 27, 1906 in Butternut Valley Township, Blue Earth County to Gunder and Ida (Erickson) Gilbertson. She was a lifetime resident of the Lake Crystal area. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and cooking.
Survivors include nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters, and two brothers.
