Steven N Wilson

Steven Norman Wilson, age 44 of Mankato died Tuesday, May 25, 2004 from results of an automobile accident.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Hilltop United Methodist Church with Rev. Randy Koppen officiating. Burial will be in Eagle Lake Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Friday at Mankato Mortuary and one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday.

Steven was born on December 31, 1959 in Mankato to Norman and Arlene (Mans) Wilson. He graduated from Mankato East High School in 1978 and attended Anoka Technical College and SCTC in North Mankato. He married Andrea Luporini on December 10, 1999 in Mankato. He was employed with Slumberland, worked for 10 years at Midwest Electric prior to his current employment at Dotson, Inc. He was a member of Hilltop United Methodist Church. He enjoyed the outdoors, hiking, playing chess, and spending time with his kids and family.

Survivors include his wife, Andrea and children, Rafael, Dominique, and William all of Mankato; parents, Norman and Arlene Wilson of Eagle Lake; brother, Sherden Wilson of Madison Lake; three sisters, Christine Wilson of Eagle Lake, Coleen (Jim) Murphy of Mankato, Paula (John) Wilson-Steinbauer of Mankato; nephew, John Jesus of Virginia; four nieces, Kate Wilson, Sarah, Becky and Maggie Steinbauer all of Mankato; one great niece, Tess Herberg. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, infant sister, Valerie; and three uncles.
