Elizabeth Rollings

Elizabeth Dorothy Toddy Rollings, age 75, of Lake Crystal, died Saturday, December 27, 2003, at Immanuel-St. Josephs Hospital in Mankato.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 31, 2003, at First Presbyterian Church in Lake Crystal, with Rev. Nancy Dreier officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Hills Memorial Park in Mankato. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday at Lake Crystal Mortuary and one hour before services at the church on Wednesday.

Elizabeth was born April 12, 1928 in Mankato to David and Frieda (Toenges) Swedberg. On October 20, 1945, she married Dale F. Rollings in Lake Crystal. She was employed with Automatic Electric (Midtex) for many years and later worked at Carlson Craft. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Lake Crystal. She enjoyed gardening, crafts, fishing, and spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her son, Michael Rollings and his wife, Carol of Dalton, NE; two daughters, Pat Robbins and her husband, Michael of Glendale, AZ, Nancy Schwamberger of North Mankato; daughter-in-law, Jan Rollings of Springfield, OR; five granddaughters, three grandsons, two great-grandsons; six brothers and their wives, Don and Dorothy Swedberg of Lake Crystal, Merlyn and Marie Swedberg of Mankato, David and Virginia Swedberg of Mankato, Clarence and Edith Swedberg of Madison, WI, Ron and Barb Swedberg of Wichita, KS, Steve and Janice Swedberg of Bridgeport, NE; one sister, Lois Willaert and her husband, Arthur of Mankato; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Dale in 1991, two sons, Steve and David, son-in-law, Steven Schwamberger, granddaughter, Holly Rollings.
