Family burial will be in Marysburg Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2:00-5:00 p.m., Sunday at Mankato Mortuary and will continue one hour before service at church on Monday. Evelyn was born May 2, 1914 in Kewaunee County, Wisconsin to William and Mary (Gillaume) Van Drisse. She graduated from Algoma High School and later teachers college. She worked in fashion at Pranges in Green Bay and later taught in a one room school house. In June of 1941, Evelyn married Robert A. Drengler Sr. at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Klondike, WI. Together they celebrated 50 years of companionship and love.

Evelyn loved her bridge clubs, sewing, antiquing, refinishing furniture, volunteering, entertaining, and was always the first one on the dance floor. However, she always thought her greatest accomplishment in life was teaching school and raising her family. She took great pride in all of her children's and grandchildren's endeavors and achievements.

Evelyn will be missed by her four surviving children, Robert A. Drengler Jr., Mary Kay Reed, JoAnn M. Paradis and Diane M. (Paul) Bush; son-in-law, Marc Weisenburger; twelve grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and extended family.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband; two daughters, Carolyn M. Weisenburger and Susan M. Drengler; sister, Dorothy Van Laanen; brother, William Van Drisse.
