Eleanor L Zeyen

Eleanor L. Zeyen, age 90 of North Mankato, died Saturday February 14, 2004 (Valentines Day) at Immanuel " St. Josephs Hospital in Mankato.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Friday at St. Pauls Evangelical Lutheran Church in North Mankato with Rev. Gary Wong officiating. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 " 7 p.m., Thursday at Mankato Mortuary and continue one hour before services at the church on Friday. Memorials may be given to St. Pauls Lutheran Church or the donors choice.

Eleanor was born May 16, 1913 to Richard J. and Otillia (Knopf) Laase in Janesville, Minnesota. She was married to Clifford Zeyen who died February 14, 1985 (Valentines Day). She was a member of St. Pauls Lutheran Church in North Mankato, She enjoyed flowers, arts, crafts and gardening.

She is survived by two daughters, Sandra Severson and her husband, Julian Martinez, and Betty Zeyen all of Eagan; one son, Dr. Richard Zeyen and his wife, Carol VanWhy of St. Paul; two grandchildren, Lisa Severson, Terry Severson and his wife, Noelle; two great-grandchildren, Spencer and Mallory Severson; two sisters, Irene Chasteen and husband, Donald of North Mankato, Lucille Watts of San Diego, Ca; nieces, nephews and cousins.
