Bertha J. “B.J.” Larson Kittleson, age 92, of Lake Crystal died, Wednesday, November 20, 2024.

Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., December 7, 2024, at Zion Lutheran Church, Lake Crystal. Visitation will be one hour before service at the church. Interment will be in Our Saviour’s Lutheran Cemetery, Butternut, MN. Lake Crystal Mortuary is in charge of arrangements. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Zion Lutheran Church or St. Jude.

 Bertha Jane was born July 13, 1932, in Lake Crystal, MN to Alfred and Gladys (Lewis) Krueger. She lived most of her life in Lake Crystal and was a graduate of Lake Crystal High School class of 1950. She then worked in Mankato and Minneapolis until she was united in Marriage in 1954 to Loren Larson. They made their home in Lake Crystal. She later married Dr. Carl Kittleson. 

B.J. developed an enduring love of music, books, and the outdoors and always fostered a deep and unconditional love for her family.

B.J. is survived by her three children: Brian (Gail) Larson of Lake Crystal, Kristin (Bill) Morgan of Flagstaff, AZ, and Elizabeth (Steve) Stahl, Chandler, AZ; 8 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; her siblings, Mavis (Al) Ethans, Kerm (Beverly) Krueger, Richard Krueger, and Paul (Peg) Krueger; nieces, nephews, and extended family.

B.J. was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands; infant son; sister and brother-in-law, Janice (Gene) Stevenson and sister-in-law, Patricia Krueger.
