Carol Ann DeWitte

Carol A. DeWitte, age 74, of Mankato, died on November 27, 2023 at Mayo Clinic Health System, Mankato.

Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 1, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Mankato Mortuary.  Visitation will be on Friday from 9:00-10:00 a.m. prior to the service at Mankato Mortuary.  Burial will be at Pilgrim’s Rest Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.

Carol was born on June 16, 1949 in St. Peter, MN to Willard and Edna (Anderson) Pehrson.  She graduated from St. Peter High School in 1968.  On September 5, 1969, Carol was united in marriage to Jim DeWitte.  She worked for District 77 Food Service for many years and finished her career at Mankato West High School.  Carol enjoyed shopping, but most of all loved spending time with her family and friends. 

Carol is survived by three sons, Brian (Tammy), Jason (Gerri), and Jesse (Laura); grandchildren, Travis, Tiffani, Danyella, Colten, Tagen, and Alex; brother, David Pehrson; and sister-in-law, LeeAnn DeWitte.  She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
