Carol Mae Williams

Carol Williams died August 28, 2024 at Mayo Health System-Mankato.

Memorial service 2 pm Thursday, October 3, 2024 at First Presbyterian Church Mankato. There will be time immediately following services to visit with the family. Mankato Mortuary handling arrangements.

Memorials are preferred to First Presbyterian Library, PEO Scholarship Fund, or Monarch Watch.

Carol was born December 5, 1933 to Caroline and Cecil Chesley. She grew up on the Chesley Farm near Beaver Creek, Rock County, Minnesota. She married Lee Williams at Beaver Creek Presbyterian Church. Carol was a committed teacher for over thirty-five years. 

Survived by husband Lee Williams; children Todd Williams and wife Karla, Laura Williams Heinze and husband Tim; grandchildren Bryan Williams, Evan Williams and wife Hannah, Erinn Breeggamann and husband Steve, Tyler Heinze, Travis Heinze, and Trenton Heinze; great-grandchildren, Brynn, Evelyn, and Hudson Williams; sisters, Joan Chesley and Ruth Kingery; nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her brother LeRoy Chesley.
