Dale A. Hawker

Dale Hawker age 77 of St. Clair, died on March 31, 2025 at Ecumen Pathstone Nursing Facility in Mankato. 

Private family services will be held at a later date.

Dale was born on January 24, 1948 in Mankato to Alvin and Elenora (Maass) Hawker. He graduated from St. Clair High School in 1966 before enlisting in the United States Marine Corps. After completing a four year commitment and a tour in Vietnam, Dale returned to Mankato to attend Mankato State University graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology in 1973. Upon completing his degree, Dale returned to serving his country in the United States Marine Corps commissioning as an officer and becoming a Bombardier Navigator flying the A-6 Intruder, before retiring in 1989 and returning to St. Clair. 

Dale is survived by his three sisters, Marian Westphal, Darlene (Dave) Terhurne, and Laurie (Randy) Cords; two sons, Jeffrey Hawker, and Jeremy (Leah) Hawker; and two grandchildren, Evelyn and Nicholas Hawker. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Elenora Hawker.
