David W. Kenyon, age 57, of Mankato, died on December 20, 2024, after another battle with cancer.
A celebration of David’s life will be held on January 11th, 2025, at the First Presbyterian Church of Kasota from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Private family interment will be held in the spring at Kasota Hill Cemetery.
David was born February 25, 1967, in Mankato, Minnesota, to Harold D. and Joanne L. (Hansen) Kenyon. He graduated from St. Peter High School in 1986. David remained in the area and was known for helping family and friends. David was an experienced mechanic who also enjoyed rebuilding motors. He enjoyed camping, cooking, his dogs, and spending time with family and friends.
David is survived by his fiancée, Danae Stewart; three siblings, Scott Kenyon, Kandy (Dennis) Kleinow, and Barb Thomas; several aunts and uncles; and many nieces and nephews.
David was preceded in death by his parents, maternal and paternal grandparents, nephew, and brother-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in David's name are preferred at the Ronald McDonald House.
