Dean Harold Mosher

Dean Harold Mosher, 84, of St. Clair, passed away January 14, 2020 at Cottagewood Senior Living Communities in Mankato.

Memorial service will be 2pm, Sunday, January 19, 2020 at Epiphany Lutheran Church in Eagle Lake with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at a later date. Mankato Mortuary is assisting the family.

Dean was born September 4, 1935 to Joe and Clara (Larsen) Mosher in Mankato. He attended Tivoli Country School. Dean served in the U.S. Army National Guard from 1956-1964. On May 6, 1965, he married Deloris McCollum. Together, they raised two daughters, Dawn and Debbie. Dean worked for Farmland Industry for 34 years and MEI Elevators for 10 years. In his free time, he enjoyed woodworking, and was known as a great handyman around St. Clair. His favorite treats were donuts and cookies. He also enjoyed Chevy automobiles and riding around town on his bike with his pet pigeon named Squeaky.

Dean is survived by his wife, Deloris “Sis”; daughter, Dawn (Mark) Braam; son-in-law, Todd Wiens; sister, Lorraine Birk; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Debbie; siblings, Ken (Friedella), Willis (Fern), and Lee; and brother-in-law, Art Birk.
