Debra A. Osborne

Debra Ann Osborne, age 65, of Lake Crystal, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2020 in Harlingen, Texas. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, July 12, from 1 pm to 4pm at the American Legion in Lake Crystal. The family requests that you dress casual. A private burial will be held at the Lake Crystal Cemetery. The Lake Crystal Mortuary assisted the family with arrangements. Debra Ann was born on January 2, 1955 to Herbert and Loretta (Ash) Davis in Fairmont. She graduated from Lake Crystal High School and received her LPN Diploma from New Ulm School of Practice Nursing. On July 13, 1974, Debra was united in marriage to Thomas Osborne. She worked at Lake Crystal Health Care Center for 30 years, Lake Crystal Ambulance for 12 years, Madelia Lutheran Home, Pathstone Living, and Benedictine Living. Her kindness and gentle spirit will be greatly missed. Debra is survived by her father, Herbert Davis of Lake Crystal; husband, Tom Osborne of Lake Crystal; daughters, Tracy Ulman of Mankato and Melissa Osborne of Mapleton; brothers, Doug (Sue) Davis and Randy (Laurie Davis) and sister; Lorna (Barry) Stock; sister-in-law, Janet (Brian) Jude; eight grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by mother, Loretta Davis; Betty Davis; father-in-law and mother-in-law, James and Geralene Osborne; and son-in-law, Ben Ulman.
