Paul Rozeboom, age 80 of Mankato, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2019 in Rochester.

Memorial service is 2:00pm Saturday, March 30^th at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Mankato with visitation one hour prior. Memorials can be given to St. John’s Episcopal Church or the American Heart Association. North Mankato Mortuary ~ Northview is assisting the family. Paul was born September 15, 1938 in Ottumwa, Iowa to William and Cynthia (Penning) Rozeboom. He graduated from Ottumwa High School in 1956 and continued his education at Cornell College. Paul was united in marriage to his high school sweetheart, Janice May George, on September 17, 1960. He then completed his graduate and medical schooling at the State University of Iowa. He served in the US Army as a Captain at Fort Belvoir Virginia before being honorably discharged in 1967. Paul practiced Pediatric Medicine with Mankato Clinic from 1969 until his retirement in 2001. He enjoyed gardening, reading, cooking, travel, caring for others and his red mustang convertible.

Left to remember are his wife, Janice; daughters: Karla Rozeboom and Laura Hendel; grandchildren: Katherine and Nathan Hendel; brother Bill (Virginia), nieces and nephews: Bill, Steve, Cyn, Mark, Kay, Paul, Anne, Cheryl and Ty; many great nieces and nephews; sister-in-law Maxine Rozeboom; brother-in-law Max (Eve) George; and niece-in-law Sally George. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Earl, and nephews Carl Rozeboom and Mark George.
