Edwin Michael Haag, age 57 of North Mankato died Saturday, March 9, 2019 at his home surrounded by his family.

Celebration of Life will be held from 2 – 5 p.m., Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Northview – North Mankato Mortuary.

Edwin Michael Haag was born August 17, 1961 to Edwin and Etheline (Finken) Haag in Eden Valley, Minnesota. He graduated from Eden Valley High School and then attended Vo-Tech for welding. Ed worked at Taylor Corp. for over 30 years. He married his wife Kathy on July 12, 2012.

Ed’s passion were his family, friends, playing pool, golfing, hunting, riding motorcycle and playing cards with his in-laws of Sunday afternoon. What he loved most was spending time with his family and friends.

Ed is survived by his wife, Kathy; sons, Ben Haag and Haley Reichel, Jacob (Maggie) Haag, Zach Haag and Kelly Agre; daughter, Cala Haag and Dale Christenson; step daughters, Holly Holtz and Mike Yauger, Jessica (Jonathan) Wallace; step son, Travis Holtz and Kirsten Kroyer; 12 grandchildren, Joey, Wyatt, Brianna, Draiden, Mason, Dawson, Keegan, MaKenze, Jordyn, Chloe, Gus, and Hunter; mother and father- in-law, Richard and Beverly Allen; other in-laws, Toni (Mark) Wisch, Kevin (Shelli) Allen, Deb Feil and Roberta (Tim) Peterson; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Preceded in death by his parents and brother, Douglas.
