Fischer, age 92 of Mankato formerly of Good Thunder, died Tuesday February 25, 2020 at Pathstone Living in Mankato. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Northview~North Mankato Mortuary. Visitation will be held one hour before the service on Tuesday. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Good Thunder. Ervin E. Fischer was born November 22, 1927 to Paul and Martha (Sternitzke) Fischer in rural Amboy. He attended School District # 31 at Sterling Center. He helped farm, worked around the house and did odd jobs for people. Ervin spent many years caring for his mother at home. He enjoyed his garden and picking up cans around town. Ervin is survived by nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Harold.
