Gregg S. Davis

Gregg S. Davis, age 68, of Cambria, died Friday, September 27, 2024, after a short battle with cancer.

Memorial Service Celebrating Gregg’s Life will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 5, 2024, at the Cambria Presbyterian Church, Cambria with Pastor Penny Johnson, officiating. Visitation will be one hour before service. Interment will be in Cambria Cemetery. Mankato Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Gregg was born May 17, 1956, to Duane A. and Carol J. (Schellenberger) Davis in New Ulm, Minnesota. He graduated from New Ulm High School in 1974. Gregg worked for Crysteel Manufacturing for many years.

Gregg was a lifelong member of Cambria Presbyterian Church, where he was very active. 

Gregg enjoyed turkey and deer hunting, playing cards, listening to music, and especially his love of cattle.

Gregg is survived by his sister, Linda (Bob) Rengstorf of Judson; nephew and niece, Travis and Megan Rengstorf; aunts, Doreen Peterson of New Ulm, Betty Davis of Parker, CO, and Diane (Howard) Berg of Hudson, WI; and extended family.

Gregg was preceded in death by his parents, Duane on October 9, 1996 and Carol on May 24, 2022; grandparents; uncle, Dennis Davis; aunt and uncle, Jane and Duane Swenson; cousin, Gary Swenson.
