Iva Mae Ganske

Iva Mae Ganske, age 98, of Prior Lake and formerly Eagle Lake, passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2023.

Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m., on Friday, July 14, 2023, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Mankato, with visitation one hour prior. Burial will be in Woodland Hills Memorial Park. Northview-North Mankato Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.  The service will be livestreamed and available at www.mankatomortuary.com.

Iva was born in Minneapolis on May 13, 1925, to Charles and Lydia (Urban) Harlow. They moved to Mankato in 1927. She attended school there and graduated in 1943. She worked for various businesses in Mankato before marrying Allen Ganske on November 11, 1948, in North Mankato. They built their home in Eagle Lake and lived there all their married lives.

Iva is survived by her children, Dianne (Mark) Nourie, and Allen (Margo) Ganske; grandchildren, Jason (Darcy) Nourie, Adam (Kelly) Nourie, Jessica Haws, Lindsay (Wayne) Woodworth, and Dylan Ganske; great-grandchildren, Sean Haws, Addison Haws, Jackson Nourie, Allison Nourie, Elliette Nourie, Kendall Woodworth, ahnd baby Woodworth due in September; siblings, Lana Christian, Roger Harlow, Gary (Sharon) Blank, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Iva was preceded in death by her husband, Allen; parents; siblings, Charles Harlow, and George Harlow.
