Kirsten Nicole Donahue

Kirsten Nicole Donahue, age 33, died unexpectedly on Sunday, June 11, 2023, at her home in Waterville, MN.

There will be a private service for close family members, her dearest friends, and co-workers only. Northview – North Mankato Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.

Kirsten was born on September 20, 1989, in Germany to Todd and Kathy Donahue. During her childhood she lived in the Mankato area. She graduated from St. Clair High School, and then went on to receive her Associates Degree from South Central College, North Mankato. She had a daughter, Madison Kate in 2008. Kirsten worked various jobs in her adult life, most recently as the manager of Dairy Queen in Waseca. Her co-workers became like family and many of them were her closest friends.

Kirsten is survived by her parents, Todd and Kathy Donahue of Waseca; daughter, Madison Donahue of Waseca; sister, Kayla (Scott) Lee of St. Peter; niece, Jayda Becker of St. Peter; nephew, Eli Becker of St. Peter; grandmothers, Wendy Moret of Mankato, and Marlene Donahue of Mankato.

Kirsten was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Todd Donahue, and grandfathers, Marvin Moret, and Michael Donahue.
