Loren Dale Busch, age 74 of rural Mapleton, died Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Mayo Clinic Health Systems in Mankato.

A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., Tuesday October 22, 2019 at Olson –Tichenor Funeral Home in Mapleton. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Union Cemetery in Mapleton.

Loren Dale Busch was born November 8, 1944 to Doyle and Lorraine (Jones) Busch in Mankato, Minnesota. Loren graduated from Mapleton High School in 1962. He served his country in the United States Army. For most of his life Loren farmed in the Mapleton area. He was a member of many Ag services in the area. He enjoyed motorcycling, snowmobiling and roller-skating.

He is survived by his sister, Sherene Busch of Mankato; niece, Jodi (Chad) Boisjolie of LeSueur;

nephew, Cory (Jessica) Hafemann of Henderson; great nieces and great nephews, Elizabeth, Mark, Ty, Hayden Boisjolie, Grady and Sawyer Hafemann.

Preceded in death by his parents, sister and brother-in-law, Lois Ann and Robert Hafemann.
