Melvin A. Luebke

Melvin A. Luebke, age 57, of Mankato, died on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato.

Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at Christ the King Lutheran Church in Mankato. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. Private family burial will be held at Glenwood Cemetery in Mankato at a later date.

Mankato Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.

Melvin Allan, the son of Chester and Audrey (Kemnitz) Luekbe, was born on October 17, 1961 in St. Cloud. Melvin was honorably discharged from the U.S. Airforce in 1984. He married Debra Prokopec on June 30, 2001. Melvin was previously employed by MRCI for many years. He enjoyed all music.

He is survived by the love of his life, Debbie Luebke; brothers, Ronald, Dennis and Mike and their spouses; and nieces and nephews.
