Patsy Irene Rush

Patsy Rush, age 88, of Mankato, died on February 26, 2025 at Mayo Clinic Health System, Mankato. 

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at The Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, North Mankato. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Minneopa Cemetery. Mankato Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorials are preferred to the church. 

Patsy was born on March 28, 1936 in Mankato to Fay and Doris Miller. She was a lifelong resident of Mankato. On July 24, 1954, Patsy was united in marriage to John Rush. Patsy was a custodian for many years at Bethlehem Lutheran Church and also cleaned many homes and businesses. She took pride in cleaning. Patsy enjoyed walking and biking with her friend Val. 

Patsy is survived by two sons, Randy (Deborah) Rush of Mankato and Jay Rush of North Mankato; two grandsons, Kalen Rush and Evan (Maria) Rush; great-granddaughter, Lily Rush; brother, Asa Miller; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John; and sisters.
