Paul M. Ellingworth

Paul M. Ellingworth, age 62, of Le Sueur, died on February 28, 2024, at his home.  

Memorial Service will be held on Monday, March 11, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior at Hosanna Lutheran Church.  Burial will be at Sakatah Cemetery, Waterville.   Northview-North Mankato Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.  Memorials are preferred to Hosanna Youth Group and North Mankato American Legion Post #518.   

Paul was born on September 21, 1961, in Lawton, OK to Malyn and Anna (Blesener) Ellingworth.  He graduated from Gaylord High School in 1980.  Paul served in the United States Army in the Big Red 1st Infantry Division and served in the United States Air Force for 18 years, ending his career in the Air Force as a flight nurse.  Paul worked in the health field for many years and currently worked at LSI.   He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and woodworking, especially making things for his father-in-law.  Paul was involved in the bell choir in Gaylord and at Hosanna. Paul was a jokester, he loved having fun and making people laugh.  He was a very giving man.  

Paul is survived by two sons, Michael and Mitchell Ellingworth; Misty Ellingworth; mother, Anna Ellingworth; grandchildren, Luella, Iver, and Archer Ellingworth; father-in-law, Merle Moses Sr.; brothers-in-law, Michael (Tammy) Moses and Merle Moses Jr.; as well as nieces, nephews, and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his father, Malyn; mother-in-law, Veronica Moses; grandparents, Donald and Lucille Ellingworth; and beloved cocker spaniel, Goldie.
