Paul Jirik

Paul Andrew Jirik, age 53, of St. Peter, died on Friday, March 27, 2020.

To celebrate the one year anniversary of Paul’s death, a memorial visitation will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at the Northview – North Mankato Mortuary, 2060 Commerce Drive, North Mankato.

Paul Andrew, the son of Leonard and Charlotte (Schefter) Jirik, was born on November 22, 1966 in Duluth. In 1985, he graduated from Loyola Catholic School in Mankato. He was previously employed at the St. Peter State Hospital as a security counselor and was also a part time tree trimmer. Paul enjoyed being outdoors, especially boating, camping, fishing and hiking. He also loved animals and spending time with his daughters.

He is survived by his wonderful daughters, Samantha Rose (Taylor) Burnett and Emma Jirik; sisters, Beth and Anne; nieces, nephews, and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
